| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются отдельные элементы механизма защиты гражданских прав на информацию, её формы, способы и средства. Определен порядок гражданско-правовой защиты права на информацию, в том числе проанализирован судебный порядок защиты. На основе изучения имеющихся теоретических исследований соответствующих проблем, а также подходов отечественных и зарубежных цивилистов предлагается классификация способов защиты гражданских прав на информацию. В процессе осмысления средств защиты названных прав внесены предложения по разработке и систематизации цифровых средств самозащиты. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article considers certain elements of the mechanism of protection of civil rights to information, its forms, ways and means. The order of civil law protection of the right to information is defined, including the analysis of the judicial order of protection. Based on the study of available theoretical studies of relevant problems, as well as ap-proaches of domestic and foreign civilists, the classification of ways of protection of civil rights to information is pro-posed. In the process of comprehension of the means of protection of the named rights, proposals for the development and systematization of digital means of self-protection are made. |
