| Abstract: | Рассматриваются различные аспекты адаптации китайских магистрантов к условиям обучения в вузах Беларуси. Анализируются такие виды адаптации, как академическая, учебная и культурная. Для изучения соответствующих видов адаптации использованы психологические методики, разработанные китайскими исследователями. В исследовании на добровольной основе приняли участие 354 китайских магистранта, обучавшихся (на момент исследования) в 8 вузах Беларуси. Выявлено, что такие факторы, как пол, выбор вуза, национальность и год обучения, не влияют на адаптацию магистрантов. Установлено, что академическая успеваемость связана с различными видами адаптации. Линейный регрессионный анализ показал, что мотивация к обучению, способ обучения, способность к обучению, отношение к обучению, учебная среда, академическая адаптация, адаптация к коллективу, отношения между педагогами и обучающимися, а также отношения испытуемых магистрантов с одногруппниками оказывают значительное влияние на академическую успеваемость. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article considers various aspects of adaptation of Chinese master's degree students to the conditions of study in Belarusian universities. The study considers such types of adaptation as academic, educational and cultural. To study the corresponding types of adaptation, psychological methods developed by Chinese researchers were used. The study involved 354 Chinese master's degree students who were studying (at the time of the study) in 8 universities in Belarus on a voluntary basis. It was revealed that such factors as gender, choice of university, nationality and year of study do not affect the adaptation of master's degree students. It was found that academic performance is associated with various types of adaptation. Linear regression analysis shows that motivation for learning, learning method, learning ability, attitude towards learning, learning environment, academic adaptation, adaptation to the team, relationships between teachers and students, as well as the relationships of the master's degree students with their classmates have a significant impact on academic performance. |
