| Abstract: | Представлено исследование ценностных ориентаций учащихся (n = 253) специальности «Сестринское дело» учреждения образования «Мозырский государственный медицинский колледж» и медицинских сестер (n = 345), работающих в различных типах учреждений здравоохранения Республики Беларусь. Как показал проведенный анкетный опрос, наибольшими ценностями для учащихся медицинского колледжа выступают ценности высшего порядка, а также ценности содержания деятельности, для медицинских сестер – ценности содержания деятельности и условий труда. В меньшей степени для обеих групп выражены ценности самовыражения и статуса профессии. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article presents a study of the value orientations of students of the specialty “Nursing” of the educational institution “Mozyr State Medical College” (n = 253) and nurses working in various types of healthcare institutions in the Republic of Belarus (n = 345). In the course of the questionnaire survey, the highest values for medical college students are the values of higher education, as well as the values of the content of activity, in turn, the values of the content of activity and working conditions are important for nurses. To a lesser extent, the values of self-expression and profession status are expressed for both groups. |
