| Abstract: | Исследуются основные юридические свойства, присущие конституционным ценностям. На основе правовой доктрины, законодательства и юридической практики выводятся и обосновываются такие юридические свойства указанных ценностей, как историчность, всеобщность и признанность, стабильность и обновляемость, перспективность, нормативность, верховенство, иерархичность, взаимосвязь и взаимозависимость, концентрированность, неотъемлемая связь с макроценностями. Раскрывается сущность каждого юридического свойства. |

On the basis of legal doctrine, legislation and legal practice, such legal properties of these values as historicity, universality and recognition, stability and renewal, perspectiveness, normativity, supremacy, hierarchy, interrelationship and interdependence, concentration, inalienable connection with macrovalues are derived and substantiated. The essence of each legal property is revealed. |
