| dc.description.abstract | Настоящая работа посвящена решению актуальной задачи – выполнению превентивных противоаварийных мероприятий на объектах культурного наследия XVI в., представляющих собой особую ценность для отечественной культуры. Авторы основываются как на собственном опыте выполнения научно-исследовательских и проектных работ, так и на результатах работ, проведенных широким кругом специалистов отечественной реставрационной школы, начиная с середины 90-х гг. XX столетия. Работа не претендует на принципиальную новизну предлагаемых конкретных технических решений, однако авторы предлагают радикально изменить подход к сохранению рассматриваемых памятников, действуя «на опережении», не дожидаясь развития аварийных ситуаций. Подобный подход представляется тем более обоснованным, если учитывать чрезвычайно высокую ценность объектов культурного наследия XVI в. (как культурную ценность, так и стоимость реставрационных работ в случае возникновения аварийной ситуации на объекте). | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | This work is devoted to solving an urgent task the implementation of preventive anti-emergency measures on the cultural heritage sites of the 16th century, which are of particular value for the national culture. The authors are based both on their own experience of carrying out research and design work, and on the results of the work 175 carried out by a wide range of specialists of the national restoration school, since the mid90s of the XX century. The work does not claim to be fundamentally new in the proposed specific technical solutions, however, the authors propose to radically change the approach to the preservation of the monuments in question, acting "ahead of the curve", without waiting for the development of emergency situations. Such an approach seems all the more justified if we take into account the extremely high value of cultural heritage sites of the XVI century (moreover, both cultural value and the cost of restoration work in case of an emergency at the site). | ru_RU |
