| Abstract: | В статье анализируются пробелы и противотечения в законодательстве Республики Беларусь, регулирующем службу в органах прокуратуры Республики Беларусь. Обосновывается необходимость выделения прокурорской службы в отдельный вид государственной службы, отличный от иных. Автор предлагает конкретные направления совершенствования законодательства, включая реформу системы государственных должностей и унификацию понятийного аппарата, которые направлены на повышение эффективности службы в органах прокуратуры Республики Беларусь. |

The need to distinguish the prosecutor's office as a separate type of civil service, distinct from other types, is substantiated. The author proposes specific areas for legislative improvement, including reform of the system of civil service positions and unification of conceptual frameworks, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of service in the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus. |
