| Abstract: | В статье проведено исследование гражданско-правовой регламентации сложного объекта и единой технологии с точки зрения их применимости для формирования правового режима больших данных как объекта гражданских прав. По итогам исследования сформулированы предложения по введению в национальное гражданское законодательство нового объекта интеллектуальной собственности, предложенного для регламентации больших данных и иных передовых феноменов цифровизации - сложного объекта, а также его содержательному наполнению. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | This article examines the civil law regulation of a complex object and a unified technology from the perspective of their applicability to the development of a legal regime for big data as an object of civil rights. Based on the research findings, proposals have been formulated for introducing a new intellectual property object into national civil legislation, proposed to regulate big data and other advanced digitalization phenomena – a complex object, as well as its substantive content. |
