dc.description.abstractУ артыкуле прадстаўлены вынікі навуковых даследаванняў, праведзеных у 2021–2024 гадах у межах распрацоўкі праектнай дакументацыі і рэалізацыі праектных рашэнняў па капітальным рамонце з мадэрнізацыяй будынка былога Дома афіцэраў у Полацку. Актуалізаваны звесткі пра гісторыю будаўніцтва аб’екта, прааналізаваны першапачатковыя праектныя рашэнні і вызначаны аналагі, створаныя паводле падобнага тыпавога праекта. Асобная ўвага надаецца пытанню аўтарства: на падставе аналізу архіўных матэрыялаў і кампаратыўнага метаду выказваецца гіпотэза пра прычыненасць да праекта архітэктараў Іосіфа Каракіса, Мікалая Гайгарава і Уладзіміра Навасадава. Прадстаўлена графічная рэканструкцыя першапачатковага колеравага рашэння фасадаў будынка. Вызначана гістарычная і архітэктурная значнасць помніка, а таксама акрэслены асноўныя праблемы яго аднаўлення і захавання. Вынікі даследавання спрыяюць больш глыбокаму разуменню савецкай грамадскай архітэктуры міжваеннага перыяду і ствараюць аснову для далейшага планавання рэстаўрацыйных прац.ru_RU

local.description.annotationThe article presents the results of research conducted between 2021 and 2024 during the development of design documentation and the implementation of design solutions for the capital repair and modernization of the former Officers’ House in Polack. The study clarifies the history of the building’s construction, analyzes its original architectural design, and identifies analogues created according to a similar standard project. Particular attention is devoted to the issue of authorship: based on archival materials and comparative analysis, a hypothesis is proposed regarding the par-ticipation of architects Joseph Karakis, Nikolay Gaigarov, and Vladimir Novosadov in the project. The article also in-cludes a graphic reconstruction of the original fa?ade color scheme. The historical and architectural value of the monument is defined, and the main challenges related to its restoration and preservation are outlined. The results contribute to the broader understanding of Soviet public architecture of the interwar period and provide a basis for further conservation planning.ru_RU
