| Abstract: | В статье исследуется процесс формирования представлений о рациональном природопользовании в отечественной аграрной публицистике XIX – начала XX в. На основе анализа экономических и статистических обзоров исследуемой эпохи выявлены основные источники знаний помещиков о рациональном хозяйствовании: научная теория (прежде всего концепция Альбрехта Тэера), зарубежный опыт. Показано, как в публицистике проводился анализ состояния природных ресурсов региона, формировался дискурс о проблемах с плодородием почв, неурожаями, заболачиванием территорий. Называются предлагаемые современниками меры рационализации: многопольные севообороты, мелиорация, агротехнические новшества. Показаны экономические и социокультурные препятствия широкому внедрению рациональных практик. Исследование демонстрирует, что формирование концепции рационального природопользования стало важной частью дискурса аграрной модернизации на белорусских землях, отразив противоречие между теоретическими представлениями и реальными практиками в помещичьих хозяйствах. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article examines the process of forming ideas about rational nature management in the Belarusian agrarian journalism of the XIX century – present XX century. Based on the analysis of economic and statistical surveys of the era under study, the main sources of landowners' knowledge about rational management have been identified: scientific theory (primarily the concept of Albrecht Thaer), foreign experience. It is shown how the state of the region's natural resources was analyzed in journalism, and a discourse was formed about problems with soil fertility, crop failures, and waterlogging of territories. Rationalization measures proposed by contemporaries are considered: multi-field crop rotations, land reclamation, and agrotechnical innovations. The economic and socio-cultural obstacles to the widespread introduction of rational practices are shown. The study demonstrates that the formation of the concept of rational use of natural resources has become an important part of the discourse of agrarian modernization on Belarusian lands, reflecting the contradiction between theoretical concepts and real practices in landlords. |
