| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к управлению качеством продукции агропромышленного комплекса с учетом рискориентированного подхода. Проанализированы базовые принципы менеджмента качества, закрепленные в стандартах ISO 9000:2015 и концепции TQM, а также обоснована необходимость их расширения с учетом современной проблематики вопросов экологичности и цифровизации. Особое внимание уделено интеграции моделей EFQM/RADAR, FERMA и COSO ERM в единую систему управления качеством. Разработана структурнологическая модель рискориентированного управления качеством, адаптированная к условиям сахарной отрасли Республики Беларусь. Показана практическая значимость предложенной модели для повышения устойчивости, конкурентоспособности и экспортного потенциала предприятий сахарной отрасли. Статья будет интересна специалистам, занимающимся изучением проблем повышения качества производимой продукции, государственным институтам, разрабатывающим подходы к внедрению систем менеджмента качества на предприятиях агропромышленного комплекса. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке стратегии повышения качества производимой продукции с учетом рискориентированного подхода. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The article discusses modern approaches to the quality management of agricultural products, taking into account the risk-based approach. The basic principles of quality management, enshrined in the ISO 9000:2015 standards and the TQM concept, are analyzed, and the need for their expansion is justified, taking into account the current issues of environmental friendliness and digitalization. Special attention is paid to the integration of EFQM/RADAR, FERMA and COSO ERM models into a single quality management system. A structural and logical model of risk-based quality management has been developed, adapted to the conditions of the sugar industry in the Republic of Belarus. The practical significance of the proposed model for the sugar industry is shown, covering both the stage of production of agricultural raw materials and the stage of industrial processing to increase the sustainability, competitiveness and export potential of enterprises. The article will be of interest to specialists involved in the study of problems of improving the quality of manufac-tured products, government institutions developing approaches to the implementation of quality management systems at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. The research results can be used to develop a strategy for improving the quality of manufactured products, taking into account a risk-based approach. |
