| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассматриваются вопросы подготовки студентов направления автомобильного транспорта к практико-профессиональной деятельности на основе концепции CDIO (Conceive–Design–Implement–Operate). Особое внимание уделяется формированию профессиональных компетенций посредством интеграции теоретической подготовки, проектной деятельности и производственной практики. Раскрываются педагогические возможности CDIO-подхода в развитии инженерного мышления, навыков решения практических задач, командной работы и принятия технических решений в условиях реального производства. Обоснована необходимость взаимодействия высших образовательных учреждений с промышленными предприятиями для повышения качества подготовки будущих специалистов. Результаты исследования показывают, что использование концепции CDIO способствует развитию практико-ориентированных компетенций, повышению готовности студентов к профессиональной деятельности и их конкурентоспособности на современном рынке труда. | ru_RU |

| dc.description.alternative | This article examines the preparation of automotive transport students for practical professional activities based on the CDIO (Conceive–Design–Implement–Operate) concept. Particular attention is paid to the development of professional competencies through the integration of theoretical training, project-based learning, and industrial practice. The pedagogical potential of the CDIO approach in fostering engineering thinking, practical problem-solving skills, teamwork, and technical decisionmaking in real industrial environments is discussed. The study substantiates the importance of cooperation between higher education institutions and industrial enterprises to improve the quality of future specialists’ training. The findings indicate that the implementation of the CDIO concept contributes to the development of practice-oriented competencies, enhances students’ readiness for professional activities, and increases their competitiveness in the modern labor market. | en_EN |
