dc.description.abstractСтатья посвящена проблеме повышения эффективности функционирования транспортной инфраструктуры городов путем снижения всех видов потерь в дорожном движении на примере магистральной улицы районного значения. В ходе исследования выполнен детальный топографический и количественный анализ аварийности, а также натурные измерения параметров транспортных и пешеходных потоков, на основе которых произведен расчет экономических, экологических и аварийных издержек. Предложен комплекс инженерных мероприятий (введение светофорного регулирования, обустройство направляющих островков, кольцевых пересечений), экономическая целесообразность которых обоснована сокращением суммарных потерь и приемлемыми сроками окупаемости.ru_RU

local.description.annotationThis article examines the problem of improving the efficiency of urban transport infrastructure by reducing all types of traffic losses, using a major street of district significance as an example. The study included a detailed topo-graphic and quantitative analysis of accident rates, as well as in-kind measurements of traffic and pedestrian flow pa-rameters, which were used to calculate economic, environmental, and accident costs. A set of engineering measures (introduction of traffic lights, installation of guide islands, and roundabouts) was proposed. Their economic feasibility was justified by a reduction in total losses and acceptable payback periods.ru_RU
