Обеспечение оценки технического состояния технологических трубопроводов нефтеперекачивающих станций Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема износа технологических трубопроводов большинства нефтеперекачивающих станций, связанная с долгим сроком их службы. Описаны сложности оценки технического состояния технологических трубопроводов нефтеперекачивающих станций. Рассмотрены существующие способы оценки технического состояния трубопроводов нефтеперекачивающих станций, выявлены их недостатки. Предложен нетрадиционный путь оценки технического состояния технологических трубопроводов нефтеперекачивающих станций. Описан алгоритм разработки и применения нового способа. Сделаны выводы об актуальности его разработки.= In this article authors consider a problem of an assessment of the technical condition in relation to the technological pipelines of oil pumping stations. In introduction it is spoken about existence of a problem of wear of the majority of the oil pumping stations connected with long service life. Negative impacts of accidents and failures are described. Problems of an assessment of technical condition of technological pipelines of oil pumping stations are described. Existing ways of an assessment of technical condition of a TP of PS are described and their shortcomings are revealed. Some solutions of a problem are presented and shortcomings of these ways are revealed. The alternative way of an assessment of technical condition of a TP of PS is offered. The algorithm of development and application of this way is described. Each stage of this algorithm is in detail described. Conclusions are drawn on relevance of development of a new way.
