| Abstract: | The beginning of 21th century was marked by formation of the economy based on knowledge. That the knowledge occupies key positions in economic development, turning to the basic source of cost in a postindustrial information society, considerably changes a formation place in structure of public life. The leading part in formation of the economy based on knowledge, certainly, belongs to the higher school. |
