Abstract

Планирование воспитательной работы с осужденными – одна из основных функций администрации исправительного учреждения открытого типа, состоящая в определении воспитательных мероприятий, реализация которых наиболее оптимальна для достижения задач воспитательной работы с осужденными в конкретном планируемом периоде. Планирование является фундаментом воспитательной работы с осужденными. Пути оптимизации планирования воспитательной работы с осужденными видятся в четком формулировании общих требований к порядку организации планирования и содержанию организационно-плановых документов с учетом положений нормативных правовых и правых актов, научно-методических разработок и эффективных наработок в практической деятельности по осуществлению воспитательного воздействия на осужденных в исправительных учреждениях открытого типа. = Planning of educational work with convicts is one of the main functions of the administration of an open type correctional institution, which includes the process of determining of educational activities, the implementation of which is optimal to achieve the objectives of educational work with convicts in a particular planning period. Planning is the basis of educational work with convicts. Naturally, errors in planning lead to the decrease in the efficiency of educational activities and, as a result, hinder the achievement of objectives of educational work with convicts. Accordingly, optimization of planning is one of the ways to improve educational work with convicts, to increase its efficiency. To optimize the planning of educational work with convicts it is necessary to formulate clearly the general requirements to the order of organization of planning and to the contents of organizational and planning documents taking into account the provisions of normative legal acts, available scientific and methodical learning aids and achievements of practical activities concerning educational influence on convicts in open type correctional institutions.
