Дуальное обучение как условие повышения профориентации и конкурентоспособности будущих экономистов

Abstract

Образование рассматривается как важнейшая составляющая показателя «качество жизни». Исследована динамика индекса человеческого развития и индекса образования для Республики Беларусь. Раскрывается сущность и обосновывается необходимость использования дуальной системы обучения как условия повышения профориентации и конкурентоспособности будущих экономистов. Выявлены преимущества такой модели обучения перед традиционной для работодателя, учебного заведения, будущего специалиста и государства. Предложены формы организации практико-ориентированного обучения, уточнены функции учреждений высшего образования, определен механизм сотрудничества вузов и организаций-партнеров, описаны основы формирования стратегии вуза. Государственно-частное партнерство представлено как один из вариантов организации взаимоотношений между государством и частными организациями. Налаженное сотрудничество вузов и организаций рассматривается как фактор развития региона и повышения его конкурентоспособности.= The article considers education as the most important component of the “quality of life” indicator. The dynamics of the Human Development Index and the Education Index for the Republic of Belarus. The essence is revealed and the necessity of using the dual system of training is justified, as conditions for increasing vocational guidance and competitiveness of future economists. The advantages of such a model of training (in comparison with the traditional one) for the employer, for the educational institution, for the future specialist and for the state are revealed. The forms of organization of practice-oriented training are proposed, the functions of universities are clarified, the mechanism of cooperation between universities and partner organizations is defined, the bases for the formation of the university strategy are described. Public-private partnership is presented in the article as one of the options for organizing the relationship between the state and private organizations. The well-coordinated cooperation of universities and organizations is considered as a factor in the development of the region and increasing its competitiveness.
