К вопросу о профессиональной и гендерной идентичности женщин-военнослужащих

Abstract

Рассмотрены понятия социализации, идентичности, военной идентичности, профессиональной идентификации, которые влияют на гендерную идентичность женщины-военнослужащей. Актуальность темы вызвана увеличением числа женщин в армейской профессиональной сфере и необходимостью исследования влияния этого факта на успешность осуществления военной деятельности как таковой. Выявлено, что присутствие женщин на военной службе позволяет гармонично дополнять недостатки сугубо «мужского» стиля ведения дел, однако изменение гендерного типа женщины в сторону маскулинности неизбежно в силу особых условий работы в органах Вооруженных сил.= Using the theoretical and practical approaches, the article reveals the specifics of the relationship between gender identification and the value orientations of female military personnel. A theoretical review of the issue of the professional formation of women in the military professional environment reveals the features of adaptation to the conditions and specifics of performing professional tasks. The relevance of the topic is underlined by changes in the gender structure of the army in which there is an increase in the female contingent. In addition, by examining the specifics of gender identification and the value orientations of women military personnel, one can trace changes in the roles of men and women in modern society and how these transformational processes can affect the professional formation of the individual.
