Трудовая эмиграция на рынке труда Республики Беларусь в условиях устойчивого развития экономики

Abstract

Определены сущность функционирования рынка труда в контексте устойчивого развития национальной экономики Беларуси. Рассмотрены законодательные, нормативные и программные документы, определяющие условия развития национального рынка труда. Дано обоснование проблемы эффективной занятости на рынке труда в современных условиях. Сделаны обобщения относительно места мобильности и миграции трудовых ресурсов на рынке труда Республики Беларусь. Проведен анализ трудовой эмиграции на национальном рынке труда Республики Беларусь.= The essence of the functioning of the labor market in the context of sustainable development of the national economy is determined. The legislative, regulatory and program documents that determine the conditions for the development of the national labor market of the Republic of Belarus are considered. The fundamental prerequisites for the sustainable development of the national labor market are identified. The substantiation of the problem of effective employment in the labor market in modern conditions is given. Generalizations are made regarding the place of mobility and labor migration in the labor market of the Republic of Belarus. The issues of regulation of labor emigration in the Republic of Belarus are studied. The analysis of labor emigration in the national labor market of the Republic of Belarus.
