Деятельность Полоцкого обллита в 1945–1954 гг.

Abstract

Статья посвящена деятельности Полоцкого областного управления по делам литературы и издательств (обллита) в 1945-1954 годах. Полоцкий обллит работал в тесном контакте с обкомом и райкомами КПБ. Именно в обком или райкомы обращался глава обллита в случае возникновения спорных вопросов или с просьбой повлиять на ведомства в плане улучшения работы по сохранению государственных секретов. Деятельность Полоцкого обллита была направлена не только на реальную охрану государственной тайны, но всегда носила идейно-политический характер и была ориентирована на жесткий контроль содержания всей печатной продукции, радио, библиотек именно с этих позиций. Ключевые слова: политическая цензура, «вычерки», обллит.=The article centes the activite of the Polotsk regional Department for literature and publishing (obllit) in 1945-1954. Polotsk obllit was only formal located at the Region Administration since it close contact with the Regional and District Communist Party Committees. It was the region and Party Committees which Head of obllit addressed in case of contradictory issues or with the request to institutions to improve work on preservation of state secrets. The activite Polotsk obllit was directed not only to real protection of state secrets but also had ideological and political character and was oriented at strict control of the contents of all the printed product, radio, libraries of the Region from the point of view of these positions.
