| Abstract: | The article examines the economic essence of the supply chain and reveals its classification features. The characteristics of the supply chain management process are given and the basic principles of interaction between their participants are determined. The leading role of transport in improving the quality of customer service followed by an increase in the efficiency of supply chain management is noted. |
