| Abstract: | The article deals with the term “organizational crisis”. A definition of organizational crisis on the ground of the theoretical research is given. The importance of definition of the main approach to the term “organizational crisis” is emphasized. The main causes, symptoms and factors of crisis are discussed. Great importance is given to the organizational crisis classification. |
