| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается стартап как форма ведения современного инновационного бизнеса. Пред- ставлена трактовка понятий «бизнес» и «предпринимательство», а также их принципиальные различия. В ходе опроса действующих предпринимателей выявлены реальные проблемы ведения бизнеса в Республике Беларусь, сделана попытка построения экосистемы белорусских стартапов. |

The interpretation of the concepts of “business” and “entrepreneurship”, as well as their fundamental differences, is presented. During a survey of existing entrepreneurs, real problems of doing business in the Republic of Belarus were identified, an attempt to build an ecosystem of Belarusian startups was made. |
