| Abstract: | Представлены результаты исследования интроверсии/экстраверсии и стилей поведения в конфликтной ситуации у групп белорусских и иностранных студентов. Было проведено сравнение полученных данных и уста- новлено, что у иностранных студентов наибольшие средние значения по показателям стратегии поведения в конфликте – «приспособление», у белорусских – «соперничество». Взаимосвязи между показателями экстра- версии/интроверсии и стилем поведения в конфликте у отдельно взятых групп иностранных и белорусских сту- дентов не выявлено. Однако выявлены статистически значимые взаимосвязи экстраверсии/интроверсии и стиля поведения в конфликте у всей совокупности студентов, без учета национальности. Статистически значимых различий по стилю поведения в конфликте и экстраверсии/интроверсии между группами «белорусские студенты» и «иностранные студенты» не выявлено. Сделан вывод: экстраверсия/интроверсия и стиль поведе- ния в конфликте не зависят от национальности испытуемых. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | The results of a study of introversion/extraversion and behavioral styles in a conflict situation among groups of Belarusian and foreign students are presented. The obtained data were compared and it was found that foreign students have the highest average values in terms of the strategy of behavior in the conflict – “adaptation”, and Belarusian students – the strategy of “rivalry”. The relationship between the indicators of extraversion/introversion and the style of behavior in conflict among individual groups of foreign and Belarusian students was not revealed. However, statistically significant interrelations of extraversion/introversion and style of behavior in conflict were revealed among the entire population of students, without taking into account nationality. There were no statistically significant differences in the style of behavior in conflict and extraversion/introversion between the groups “Belarusian students” and “foreign students”. It is concluded that extraversion/introversion and style of behavior in conflict do not depend on the nationality of the subjects. |
