| Abstract: | The article deals with the analysis of the characteristics which determine the prosecutorial supervision over the observance of the legislation at the stage of execution of the sentence as an independent branch of prosecutorial supervision. The author researches the object and subject of supervision, its specific tasks, the powers of the prosecutor and the means of the prosecutor's response to the detected violations. |
