| Abstract: | The article deals with the problem of direct action by the example of the constitution of the Republic of Belarus. The issue was investigate in view of the division of constitutional rules on the norms-principles and norms-rules. The problem of direct action of the Constitution considered on the basis of the practices of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus. |
