| Abstract: | The article presents definition of the category "labor potential", the results of analysis and assessment of labor potential development in Belarus based on the classification of its components after B.M. Genkin. Also here is given the conclusion about problems for development and use of labor potential in Belarus in the process of the knowledge economy formation. |
