| Abstract: | This article is devoted to grader remuneration system. The author clearly presents the algorithm payroll system using a grader. The calculation of wages from the use of this system, allowing a comparative description of tariff-free wage system with the tariff are represented here. Comparative characteristics have been carried out according to a number of features that allow to describe the benefits of a grader system. |
