| Abstract: | In this article the criteria necessary for the choice of a carrier under the conditions of the impossibility of using the organization own transport are specified and characterized, the process of their ranging according to their importance degree is reflected, and also the problems which the organizations can face at a choice of a carrier as the logistic partner are described. |
