| Abstract: | This article is presented the analysis of the preconditions of becoming the knowledge economy in the regions of the Republic of Belarus with the Knowledge Assessment Methodology developed by World Bank. Here is detected the main problems on the way to becoming the knowledge economy in the regions of the Republic of Belarus and proposed solutions of these problems. |
