| Abstract: | This article highlights the need for an accurate assessment of the effectiveness of real investment. To do this, the author under accounting offers investment cycle decomposed into new stage. On this basis the author develops a new method of accounting of investment activity, which reflects their development and use in separate subaccounts. |
