| Abstract: | The major factors increasing labor productivity are presented in this article. At the description of these factors, the author relies on the point of view of foreign economists, researchers, analysts. The basic principles of motivational strategy of the foreign countries directed on increase of labor productivity at the enterprises (organizations) are considered. |
