| Abstract: | Рассмотрены основные аспекты, связанные с чувствительностью транспортной отрасли (транспорта и транспортной инфраструктуры) к изменениям климата и необходимостью принятия адаптационных мер, направленных на повышение ее устойчивости к действию климатических факторов. Разработка эффективных стратегий адаптации требует целенаправленного изучения факторов уязвимости. В статье проанализированы виды транспорта Республики Беларусь с учетом наиболее применяемых индикаторов воздействия и уязвимости для оценки чувствительности по данным отрасли отдельно и в совокупности. |
| metadata.local.description.annotation: | Тhe article discusses the main aspects related to the sensitivity of the transport industry (transport and transport infrastructure) to climate change, taking into account its adaptive capabilities with the further development of negative consequences and for their mitigation when using less costly, low-capital-intensive measures to reduce this negative impact. The assessments were made for all modes of transport in the Republic of Belarus, taking into account the most used indicators of impact and vulnerability to assess sensitivity for these industries separately and in aggregate. |
