| Abstract: | В статье акцентированы проблемы факторной детерминированности деятельности строительной организации, расположенной на территории Республики Беларусь. Дана организационноэкономическая характеристика организации как структурного компонента хозяйственного комплекса национальной экономики. Приведена оценка факторов, детерминирующих маркетинговую среду. Предложены концептуальные подходы повышения эффективности деятельности организации, в том числе внедрение «цифрового двойника». |

The organizational and economic characteristics of the organization as a structural component of the economic complex of the national economy are given. An assessment of the factors that determine the marketing environment is given. Conceptual approaches to improve the efficiency of the organization's activities, including the introduction of a "digital twin", are proposed. |
