| Abstract: | В данной статье охарактеризована кадровая политика советской власти в 1939?1941 гг. в западных областях Беларуси. Выявлены цели, принципы и направления работы советской власти в области кадрового обеспечения. Определены механизмы рекрутирования советской номенклатуры в регионе, прослежены попытки реорганизации направлений кадровой политики. Установлены факторы, повлиявшие на принятие решений по её изменению в сторону коренизации. Проанализирован количественный и качественный состав восточников и местных кадров. |

The goals, principles and directions of work of the Soviet government in the field of personnel provision have been identified. The mechanisms for recruiting the Soviet nomenklatura in the region are determined, attempts to reorganize the directions of personnel policy are traced. The factors that influenced the decision-making to change it towards indigenization have been identified. The quantitative and qualitative composition of easterners and local personnel is analyzed. |
