| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается деятельность Народного комиссариата просвещения БССР по восстановлению детских домов в послевоенное время. Автором изучены особенности развития системы учреждений для осиротевших детей, анализируются основные нормативные документы, определявшие и регулировавшие механизм функционирования детских домов, проблемы их материального обеспечения, основные правила зачисления воспитанников в детские дома. |
