Abstract: The article explores the tradition of cooking ritual dishes on the Belarusians’ memorial table of Podvinya region in the XXI century. We conclude that, despite local peculiarities, kutya, polivka, kluski remain the most demanded and required dishes in the modern Belarusian society of the region.
