| Abstract: | The article deals with a topical issue for forest industry, namely the formation of forest industry cluster management process based on the basic functions of management. The author identified and justified the need to use the basic functions of management as the components of forest industry cluster management process. On the basis of the conducted research the author suggests four phases of forest industry cluster management process, defines and formulates the essence of subjects and objects, which are the elements of forest industry cluster management process. |
