Учебная мотивация студентов первого курса – будущих специалистов социальной и образовательной сфер

Abstract

Представлены результаты изучения учебной мотивации студентов первого курса специальностей «Социальная педагогика», «Социальная работа (социально-психологическая деятельность)». Исследование структуры учебной мотивации студентов показало доминирование коммуникативных мотивов и мотивов творческой самореализации, которые рассматриваются нами как специфические для студентов – будущих специалистов в социальной и образовательной сферах. Далее следуют учебно-познавательные и профессиональные мотивы. Последние ранговые места занимают мотивы престижа и избегания неудач. Определение структуры учебной мотивации студентов определило необходимость проведения педагогической работы по усилению осознанности и устойчивости мотивов обучения, повышению значимости учебно-познавательных и профессиональных мотивов.= The article presents the results of studying the educational motivation of first-year students studying in the specialties «Social pedagogy», «Social work (social and psychological activity)». The purpose of the article: on the basis of identifying the current structure of educational motivation of first-year students to determine the ways of its further development. The study of the structure of educational motivation of students showed the dominance of communicative motives and motives of creative self-realization, which we consider as specific for students - future specialists in the social and educational spheres. Following are educational and cognitive and professional motives. The last ranking places are occupied by motives of prestige and avoidance of failure. The definition of the structure of educational motivation of students determined the need for pedagogical work to strengthen the awareness and stability of learning motives, to increase the importance of educational, cognitive and professional motives.
